Purchases:
Purchases made on this website are administered by our Terms and Conditions; however, the Terms and Conditions can be subject to change and thus will be in effect as of the date of your order. Sales are not final until confirmed. In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or other availability issues, the customer will receive a full refund. We will notify you promptly via email or telephone if this situation arises.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email to confirm it. This will occur automatically; however, regardless of this, we may not be able to process your order if there are availability issues. If there are issues regarding availability, we will contact you via email. The purchase contract will be made for successful orders only, and at this point, we will supply the product(s) to you in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Our company reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or to not supply products if we believe, in our sole discretion, they may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. If an order is cancelled, we will let you know via email or telephone, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

Prices:
All prices stated are in UK pounds, unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of VAT. The VAT charge shall occur before you confirm your purchase. If we find out that there has been an error in pricing, we shall endeavour to contact you via your contact details given. At this stage, you will either have the option of reconfirming your order at the revised price or cancelling it. If it is not possible to contact you within 7 days of placing your order, we shall treat your order as cancelled. Any orders that are cancelled will have their payment fully refunded.

For your reference, promotions are only offered for a limited period of time and thus following amendments may be made to your order, which will indicate the end of that certain promotion.

The prices we charge for products do not include the charge for delivery as well. The charge for delivery will occur before your confirmation of your order. Charges for delivery are based on your order’s weight (kg). When your order has been placed, you will have bound to our Terms and Conditions and have agreed to purchase your order for the price stated.

Payment:
Orders placed online can only be processed online, and orders placed over the telephone will have to be paid either through cheque, postal order, or provided credit card details.

All orders and invoices will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided when placing your order.

Availability:
We endeavour to hold stock of all the items on sale on our site; however, we cannot guarantee that the particular product will be available. In the event of unavailable items, we will notify you of our position and await your subsequent instructions on your order.

Delivery:
The cost of the delivery will be displayed before you confirm your order at “Checkout” for your approval.

The majority of orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched on the same working day, subject to your payment being successful and product availability. Any orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. For your reference, please note that we do not dispatch orders on the weekends or Bank Holidays.

Refunds and Returns:
We endeavour to assist our customers with refunds and returns. Most refunds and returns can be dealt with over the phone. If telephoning is not suitable, please email us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Items being returned for a refund must be unused, unopened, and in a saleable condition. If items are returned in an unsaleable state, we reserve the right to decline the refund request.

For issues related to shipping, such as delays or non-receipt of items, these must be reported to us within two months of the order date. Reports made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
